AAPA election: Who cares?

The annual AAPA election is upon us again, where AAPA members vote, or in fact mostly don't vote, for members of the Board of Directors. Every year, the proportion of members who vote seems to come in around the 10% mark, sometimes way less. Or, put another way, it means that 90% of AAPA members don't vote.
