CASE
A 19-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with a history of seizures at home. She also had a seizure in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. At the time of presentation, she had an elevated BP and was noted to be about 34 weeks' pregnant without history of prenatal care.
Eclampsia was diagnosed and the patient was admitted for immediate cesarean section. The following day, the patient complained of a mild headache and blurred vision in the left eye. She was seen by the neurology service and an MRI of the brain was ordered (see Figure 1 and Figure 2). What do these images show?
